Repeating the same things? Making the same resolutions that might disappear in few days, weeks… Why does that happen to us over and over again? We start with great intentions. What happens when the resolutions don’t take place?

I am sure you have heard the definition of insanity. “Doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results.” If we really want something different this year, we need to look closer at that definition. The truth is that we are doing the same things, because we are thinking the same way and that thinking brings us to the same results. When we change how we think, our actions will become different and the results will be different than ever before.

So, let’s make this 2012 the most incredible year in our lives!!!!

How do we go about it?

We need to learn more about the incredible power that we have. When we understand how powerful we are we will realize that the special job, income, relationship, health is possible. When we become conscious that anything we want we can have, we are going to stick to our direction no matter what. As we stay with it we are going to achieve the desired results.

It looks like hard work. If this feels like hard work for us, we are going about in the wrong way. When we think it is hard we will create it hard and we are going to give up. When you have fun with it, when you look at it as an adventure you are going to get there faster and you are going to have so much fun on the way.

So, don’t look at the New Year’s Resolution, look at the New Year’s Fun! What fun I am going to have this year? Change your thinking from seriousness to fun and go for it!!!

They live very simple lives. They do not worry. They live in a moment and enjoy that moment. They do not judge. They love us no matter what we look like or who we are. They do not hold a grudge. The love that they have for us is very simple. Unconditional. They do not love us because we are handsome or pretty, or generous, rich…etc. They just love. Period. They are always happy to see us. We go to the letter box in our driveway and they welcome us back like they have not seen us for ages.  They love us in this incredible simplicity.

This is true! You can have anything you want, but for you to have that, you need to have faith in yourself. You see other people achieving incredible things and you look at them wondering if this can be you. It can be you if you see it possible. 

You need to know and understand that the power of another person and yours are exactly the same. You start from dreaming. Dream big. Look where you would like to be and what it is that you would like to have. Put a picture in your mind of something that excites you. Paying bills is not exciting. So, think what would you do with the money left over. See the adventure that it would create for you. Then as you get excited about your dreams, start acting on them. Do it right now. You don’t have to know how to achieve what you want. Start now and go with your gut feeling. That is exactly what successful people do. They make a decision and start working towards it. The way to your success is going to be shown to you. When I started this business I had no idea how my success was going to happen. All I knew was that it was my passion and I started to act on it. I had a picture in my mind that I was going to be successful. I knew that! Did I know how it was going to happen? No. I just trusted that it would be awesome.

Things are easier than we realize…

Ok, we have established that now we are aware, that we have many negative thoughts and we congratulated ourselves on that fact.  What do we do next? How do we eat the elephant that we are facing?

And how do we eat the elephant? One bite at a time, or as I say: One thought at a time. It would be quite hard for someone to swallow the whole elephant. That is why we are going to start with one thought at a time. One negative thought that we are going to replace with a positive one as soon as that thought enters our mind.  But it is not enough to replace a negative thought with a positive thought. That is not truly a replacement. Only when we replace the negative emotions which a negative thought caused, with positive emotions of a new thought, the negative thought is really replaced. So, we stay with that new positive thought for a while until we feel the new emotions that are associated with it. When we feel the new emotions of the positive thought then and only then the thought is replaced and we can move on.

Let’s summarize what we were talking about. How do you eat an elephant? One feeling at a time.

It took me 10 months to cure my incurable disease of the nervous system. When I think back now, how sick I was for six years, walking with a cane, being told that there is no cure for what I had. I hit rock bottom. Suffering immensely with the pain and chronic fatigue and many other symptoms, and on shots containing morphine, I thought my life was over. I was very scared and depressed. But I did one thing. I did not give up!!! I hoped that somehow I might find a way out. I started to do research on anything about the power of the mind. I spent every possible minute on it. I have not stopped until I have found the six thousand year old knowledge with practical tools that let me to my incredible celebration. I cured my disease and I feel absolutely fantastic. No symptoms, no medications or cane for three years now. My energy level is incredible! I get up every morning at 3:30-4am. I don’t even take any vitamins or energy drinks. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I went with my husband to a beautiful restaurant named Biddle’s in Fort Myers. The food was amazing. On Monday my friends made a surprise for me and they got me a huge triple layer chocolate cake and balloons. That was an incredible celebration!

Why am I telling you all of that? Because, maybe you are in a hole or you have hit rock bottom in your life. Remember, there is always a way out!!! I don’t know where this saying came from that: “You cannot have a cake and eat it too.” But I will tell you this, I had my cake and I ate it too!!!

People often procrastinate, put their decisions off as they are afraid that they can make a wrong one. Sometimes they take a sheet of paper and draw a line in the middle. On the left side they write pros and on the right side of the line they draw cons. They spend time analyzing and analyzing and then sum up the pros and cons. It looks like they have an answer, but still the decision is not made. Why? Because they have not answered the one very important question. Do I want it? If their pros showed them that they should do it, but they feel they don’t want to do it, they are going to procrastinate with the decision making, as choosing does not make them feel good. If their cons show them that they should not do it, they will end up doing it anyway, as this is something that they wanted at the first place.


Any time you ask yourself a question: Should I do it? You are going in the wrong direction. The question you should ask yourself is: Do I want to do it? Yes or no. If yes, do it, if not don’t do it. Sometimes we need to do something temporarily that will take us on the path to our desires.


But there is an easy way of making decisions. Right decisions.

As you know, thanks to all of you, this website had 100,449 hits for the month of March. The number of hits last Friday reached such a high level that the system was not able to cope with it and it shut down. Thank you so much for reading the blogs and creating such a fantastic situation! That is so awesome that this website became so popular that it created such a huge number of hits that it shut down. 

As a result of that this blog, my website as well as my email was not accessible for the past few days. Now, the system is up and running and the blogs will be posted every week as before. 

Thank you everyone for making my life so fascinating by knowing that the number of readers of this website is growing rapidly and thank you for recommending it to everyone you know. We are upgrading the server again to accommodate more traffic.
