In front of you there is a big movie screen. All your thoughts are projected on that movie screen and they create a movie called; “Your Life”. You are the producer, the director, the actor/actress in your movie and you are the SCRIPT WRITER. YOU write the script for your movie. You, as the script writer, chose the actors and actresses that are taking part in your movie and you decide what is that you want them to do and say. You decide how you want them to behave. You script the entire movie. You are in the total control of your movie. So, what is it that you want those heroes of the movie to do? What is it that you want them to say? Script it! See it in your mind what it is that you want to happen. 

 

I had a man coming to me and saying that he just destroyed his relationship. He was close to tears. He and his girlfriend just had a fight and in anger they told each other many awful things. She said she was leaving him and there is nothing he can do about it. I explained to him that what has happened yesterday and what it is now has absolutely nothing to do with what is going to happen the next minute. I asked him what he would like to happen when he comes home. He described it to me in details. “Now”, I said to him, “Script it that way and while you are driving home see that perfect situation in your mind over and over. “ He did! He came to me few days later and with a big smile on his face he said with a surprise in his voice. “Unbelievable, but it worked! It worked, Amanda, and the whole situation happened as I scripted. We are engaged to be married in 5 months.” He added with happiness. 

 

That man is one of many people who have come to me to find out how scripting works. You too, can “script” your perfect situation, and play it over and over again and put all your positive feelings into it and you too will find your way out!

Have you ever had that overwhelming feeling that the doors are closing and the walls are moving closer together like they wanted to squeeze out the rest of the energy you have? Like everything and everyone is against you? Like no matter what you do, you can not win? You want to move forward so much, but yet something holds you back and even pulls you further down the hole?


 I have news for you! No matter where you are, and what has happened to you in your life it has absolutely nothing to do with what is going to happen to you tomorrow. Where we are now is the result of what we were thinking till now. That is great news, because it is our thinking and we can change it.


 How do we go about it?
First we have to stop blaming ourselves for what has happened. It is past history, it can not be changed. Every time we blame ourselves we create more in our lives what we blame ourselves about. So, we created the mess. The truth is we have the power to create what is that we want. So, every time you feel guilt, concentrate on what is that you want to happen. See it happening in your mind. The easiest way to start from the bottom of the hole is to feel gratitude for what we have. No matter where we are there is always something we can be grateful for. Say it many times over and over again, throughout your day.

See in your mind how you want your boss to behave, your co-workers, your clients, your perfect business deals, your perfect evening with your partner, your perfect children…etc. You are picturing your ideal day in your mind. Do not settle for something you might be just content with. Go for the moon! I did! I cured my incurable disease. I was barely walking with a cane, but I pictured myself dancing, over and over again. I went for the “impossible” and it became my reality. You are an amazing, powerful person, do not ever limit yourself. Go for perfection! Keep doing it no matter what happens. I did! When you keep doing it, one day you will be surprised. That day maybe tomorrow, or later than that. It all depends on how fast you are going to change your thinking. No matter what happens, keep doing it. It works! Every single day I am walking wearing high heels. And they are not just high heels. I am 5 feet and I always joke that when I put my heels on, I am 6 foot tall. And…I dance! This month, May 16th is 2 years since I have been perfectly healthy. I have every single day an absolutely awesome day. You can have it too and it is only one thought away….

Again, it is very important that you do not just say it. You need to feel it! Feelings are the ones that create. As I go through out the day I keep on thanking for everything. I say thank you for the green light, for someone letting me go in the traffic, for a kind word or comment, for a smile that someone gave me. Before you know it you have more smiles and more great comments and kind words are said everywhere, and everyone around you drives perfectly. Magic? Not at all! You are simply using your amazing power to shape your day the way you want.

One lady said to me that she is in such a bad financial situation that for the first time in her life she is grateful that she has hot water in her shower. I live in a beautiful home, with an amazing partner who is my true soul mate, I am perfectly healthy, I have a very successful business and an incredible spiritual life. My life is a dream come true, but every single day I say thank you for the hot water in my shower. You do not need to wait for things to get worse to appreciate them. You need to appreciate them now and this way you will create more things to be grateful for. So, when you walk through your home, preparing yourself for an amazing day that is in front of you, say thank you for the things you have. Don’t just say it. Feel the gratitude. Emotion is the creative power.

My answer is always the same, “Absolutely awesome!”


 A long time ago my husband asked me, how can your everyday be absolutely awesome? Then, I told him what had happened that day. He agreed that it was an awesome day. The same thing happened next day and the next day. One day, my husband called me and asked, how I was. At that very moment I had finished an incredible healing and I was so wonderfully overwhelmed by that amazing experience, I replied to my husband, “I am awesome.”
“Are you, OK?” I could hear my husband’s voice, full of concern.
“I am. Why are you asking?” I replied.
“Because, you said, you were awesome. What has happened to the ‘absolutely’? – My husband explained. “When I heard that I you were only awesome I was worried that you had a bad day.”
 

The truth is that my every day is an absolutely awesome day. Impossible? If someone would have asked me before if it was possible to have only awesome days, I would have said - no. But now, I experience only absolutely awesome days. Has it happened over night? No. It took commitment and lots of fun. J


 You too can have only absolutely awesome days. How do you go about it?
I will tell you what I have been doing and how that led me to my amazing magical days, one after another.


 As soon as I wake up, every single morning, I say, “Thank you for the best day of my life!” I say this with emotion of gratitude and excitement. I very often lift my hands up energetically when I say it.  What a way to start your day! You are putting in an order for the best day of your life.

Things became easier and easier for us as we are now learning how to use that incredible power that we possess to our advantage. We are on our way to create the life we want in every area; money, health, relationship. We create happiness. Things that manifest in our lives are things that we want and they appear faster and faster as we are getting better and more proficient in creating situations and things that we want. We are learning to use the power to our advantage.
 

How do we start our journey towards our happiness? How do we stop fighting the current and start swimming with it?
 

The first thing we have to realize is the power we really have. Most of the people do not know how powerful they are, or they do not understand the power they have, or they simply do not believe that they have power. Whatever the situation is we are using that incredible power that we have every single moment of our lives. Because we don’t know about this power or we don’t understand it or we simply do not believe that we have it, most of the time we use it against ourselves – to sabotage ourselves or even destroy ourselves. Sometimes, we say to ourselves; I was so lucky, it was a miracle or what a fantastic coincidence. The truth is that there is no luck, no miracle, no coincidence. What happened was that by pure accident we engaged the power that we possess in the right direction, toward our advantage and the luck, the miracle and the coincidence happened.
 

But how powerful are we really? What are we capable of doing? Can we for example put a bottle of water in the freezer and keep it there all night (the freezer is working) and take it out in the morning and the water is completely liquid? And then when we have it outside, freeze it with our mind? Can we do that?

I have done it 244 times now. Others that I have taught, do it as well. Everyone can do it! It is a great tool to teach for right mind set. The better I am at it the faster things manifest for me in my life.
 

Now, you might think that you know how powerful you are. I think that I know how powerful I am, but the truth is I do not know anything yet. I am only at the starting line of my journey, and I am very excited about it!

What is easier: swimming against the current or swimming with the current? Of course it is easier to swim with the current. Our conditioning is forcing us to swim against the current. As we were taught that things are unrealistic, impossible, hard etc, and every time we doubt, worry and fear we swim against that current. Things are tough for us and we are using that amazing power that we have against us, to sabotage ourselves and even to destroy ourselves.


 When I was so sick with no way out from my incurable disease and I hit rock bottom, I surrendered. I did not care what I had to do. I just had to get out from the deep hole I was in. As I surrendered, I stop fighting the current and from that moment I looked for answers. I did not realize it at that time that for the first time in 6 years of my illness, I was ready to change the direction I was swimming in. I was ready to start to swim with the current.

We were conditioned from the very beginning that we cannot do things because it is impossible or that things are out of our control. We as parents did that to our children, only trying to protect them from disappointment, harm, or failure. I did that to my own son, not realizing how I limited his thinking. I wanted the best for him, so I followed what my parents taught me as they followed what their parents taught them. We are passing from generation to generation the same limited conditioning. Our life does not come with an instruction manual, so we are trying, the best we can to find our way through it. We are passing what we know as it was passed to us. Like Bob Proctor said,  and I paraphrase, Taking in calculation what has happened to us throughout our lives, it is amazing we are doing as well as we are. How true!
 

When I was so sick with an incurable disease, and I hit rock bottom, getting depressed, I finally surrendered. I did not care what I had to do to change my situation. I just wanted it to be changed! I threw myself into more research of the truth. It led me into quantum physics. Then everything started to make sense. I realized that we DO HAVE a manual for our lives. The only thing is, that this manual is scattered in little pieces all over the place. I collected those pieces and I put the manual together and I cured my incurable disease of my nervous system, I made my business grow in an incredible rate and created the magic in my life.

 Law of attraction says; like attracts like. So, if you are thinking negative thoughts you attract bad things into your life. If you are thinking positive thoughts you are attracting great things into your life.


 We are energy and energy vibrates. Every single thought that we have changes the vibration of our energy. When we think negative thoughts we have low vibration of our energy.  When we think positive thoughts we have high vibration of our energy. We always attract into our lives things that match our vibration. In simple words when we think negative thoughts we lower vibration of our energy and we attract things on the same vibration we are in and they are things with low vibration, namely the things we do not want – bad things.


 When we are thinking positive thoughts, we increase the level of vibration of our energy, we attract things on the same level of vibration we are on and those are great things – the things we want in our lives.


 When you are happy, when you are grateful, when your heart is filled with love, not only for the people close to you, but for everyone, your energy is in the highest vibration and you attract the most amazing things in your life. Your life becomes magical!
