A Morning Ritual

Do you get up late and hurry? Do you grab your coffee and run? Do you say, “I need coffee to wake up”? Do you get up on time to make sure you have enough time to get to work, but you hate that it is Monday? Do you wonder what your boss is going to tell you today?
What about we look at a different scenario that you can create here for yourself?
First, before you go to bed, you say to yourself, “I am going to have a wonderful night’s sleep and I am going to wake up on time. Then in the morning, when you wake up, the first thing you say is; “Thank you for the best day of my life!” and get excited about your day! Throw your hands up as you say it. Do you know what happens on Monday? You have a job to go to and you are making money! Do you realize how fortunate you are? Have a happy Monday! When you get excited about your day from the moment you get up, you will find that you don’t need coffee to wake you up. You are up and excited! Then you drink your coffee, not because you have to wake up, but because you enjoy coffee. I don’t drink coffee at all and at 3:30 – 4am I am “up and running”. You can too!

KISS – Keep It Simple Sweetheart – Part 2

The more we understand how the universe works, the simpler our lives become. What do I mean by simpler? I mean more successful. If we look at our lives and it is not the way we want it to be, it is only because we complicated things. When we simplify things, the happiness goes with it.
So, what is it that we need to do in order to make things easier and live a better life?
Do you know the verse from the Bible, “Love your neighbor as you love yourself’? The wisdom of that verse explains in a very easy way how things work and what we need to do in order to change our lives. We need to start with loving ourselves!!! How can we make someone happy and make our life awesome when we don’t love ourselves? How can we love our neighbor when we hate ourselves? How can a miserable person make anyone happy? We have to be happy first. Don’t look for anyone to make you happy. You are the one that needs to be happy first. And how do you do that? By loving yourself first. What does it mean loving yourself? Having healthy love and respect for yourself. When you love and respect yourself, you will love and respect others the way you have never loved and respected them before. And they will return that love and respect to you the way you have never experienced before. The magic will unfold in front of your eyes. You will find that as your love for yourself grows so does the love of the people around you, together with your business, money, relationships, health… And when you keep growing that love for yourself, everything in your life is going to become better and better. So, love yourself and grow that love and experience magic in your life!

KISS – Keep It Simple Sweetheart – Part 1
July 16, 2011 on 7:37 pm | In Knowledge | No CommentsThroughout our lives we were taught so many amazing things. We went to school and learned all the wonders of the world. We know at what temperature water freezes, we have learned about the digestive systems of animals, we have learned about our internal organs, countries and geography, mathematic, chemistry…etc. Yet, with all that amazing knowledge, how much have we learned about life? Our daily life? Nothing? How to make money? How to heal ourselves? How to have an amazing relationship, great friends? With all that vast knowledge that we have acquired during our school years, there was nothing that taught us how to be truly happy and successful. How come? Why none of our teachers taught us that? Why the school system did not teach us that? And that is the same situation, no matter what country you were born in. I was born in Poland and grew up there. My son was educated in Australia. I am in the USA today and I can tell you that no school system prepares us for the most important part of our lives – LIFE! Why? Why is no one teaching us that? Because no one taught the teachers how to be truly happy. You can’t give something you don’t have. You cannot give knowledge that you don’t have. Our parents could not teach us anything about life as well, as they did not received that knowledge themselves. So, what do we do? We try to find our way…somehow. That somehow is our conditioning. It is more like a method of trial and error. We figured out a long time ago, that the knowledge that water is made of two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen – H2O and it freezes at 32 degree F or 0 Celsius is not going to make our relationship amazing or give us any idea how to make our business successful or help us to find a job in today’s economy.
The knowledge from the trial and error method that has been passed to us from generation to generation became very complicated. Even our thinking that we can’t succeed because of the economy, it is our conditioning as well. We complicated things for ourselves so much that we got lost in that web of complexity.
How do we keep it simple?

Are You FREE? – Part 2
July 9, 2011 on 1:01 am | In Our Thinking | No CommentsThere is other emotion, the most important feeling, that we all have in common, no matter where we live and who we are. LOVE. We all feel love in our hearts. Love is the universal language that we all understand no matter what physical language we speak. Love is also the key to get us from the prison of fear and worries. You see, when we feel love, we cannot at the same time feel fear, worry or be angry. When we feel love, we feel incredible! And because of that incredible feeling we break free from the prison we were in before and we create a life of magic for ourselves. So, be kind to yourself and others, every day. Say to yourself, “I love you… (Your name)” and say to others, aloud or in your mind, “I love you”. When you do that, you will become more and more free. When you can say, “I love you” aloud or in your mind to your “enemy”, then and only then you will become really free, and you will be only surrounded by loving, carrying people.

Are You FREE?
July 2, 2011 on 7:33 pm | In Our Thinking | No CommentsIn the USA, the 4th of July is a very important holiday as we celebrate Independence Day. Here I would like to thank all the wonderful man and woman that gave all they had, even their lives, so we here in America can enjoy the luxury of freedom. Thank YOU!!!
We are free here, but are YOU really free? I am talking here about YOU, in your life. Are you really free? When I left Poland, where I lived and fought against a socialistic system, I became a free person. But was I really free? Very soon I discovered that I was not. I have discovered that I was a prisoner of my own fears and worries. I was far from being free.
We create everything with every single thought. So, what is it that we create when we feel fears or worries? More things that will make us concerned and worried. And those emotions create more bad things in our lives and before we know it we are caught in a vicious circle of imprisonment. I have lived in 4 different countries, and I found out that what we all have in common are those negative emotions. Those emotions create our lives not the in way we want. Actually, they create a prison that we live in every day. But when we realize that what is happening, we can break from it and really become free!!!
There is other emotion, the most important feeling, that we all have in common…
