Creating calmness
Gratitude and love create calmness. When you send love to everyone and everything, and you are grateful for the things you have, and you keep doing it throughout your day, you will find that there is very little time left for fear or worry to enter your mind. At the beginning you will find that you will send love and feel gratitude only when you remember doing it. Keep doing it, no matter how seldom it is. Before you know it, you will find yourself doing it more and more and you will find that you are getting calmer and calmer.
 

Another way of getting yourself into a calm state is stopping yourself any time you feel angry. When I used to get angry, I stopped myself by saying, “I am a person of understanding and person of understanding always stays calm”. What it means is that I am a person of understanding? It means that I understand how the law of attraction works and I know when I am angry I attract more things to myself, that will make me angry.  I did not want to attract more things to make me angry, so I stopped getting angry. It does not happen overnight, but when you keep practicing, you will find that one day you will stop getting angry all together and that is an amazing feeling.
 

Being in a state of calmness is such an incredible blessing. When you achieve that, you will find that you will manifest things faster in your life and your life will become your fairy tale. The best of all is that you will understand and see in every day of your life that you are the author of your fairy tale. Whatever you will write in your fairly tale book, you will live. So, stay calm and have fun writing.

When we are calm we are in high vibration. The higher vibration of our energy the faster we manifest things that we want. To create the desired things quickly in our lives, we need to have the right mind set. Calmness creates that right mind set.

How do we go about creating calmness?

There are many ways in which we can create calmness. One of the easiest ways is listening to a meditation CD. There are many CDs available and many of them are fantastic. It is very crucial that you choose a meditation CD that uses only positive words. Remember, what you listen to, is what you attract. So, if you have on the CD “let go of all the fears” you will just attract fears to your life. But a fraise “your mind is peaceful and serene’ is a great choice of words, because you will attract just that, peace and serenity. There are many great meditation CDs to choose from, but if you have never used a meditation CD before, or you do not know what to choose, I strongly recommend “Powerful Simplicity” that you can purchase on my website.

 It is a guided meditation that has only positive words and covers all area of your life. Fall asleep listening to it every night and you will find that you will become calmer and calmer. Listen to it extra in the morning and you will speed up the process.

Energy – Part 3

As you remember from my last blog, I said that manifesting things is easy when we have the right mind set. It is so true!

I have found that the better my mind set is, the faster the things that I want, appear in my life. As I am so blessed with an incredible connection with the High Power, God, Universe, and as a result I have ever increasing understanding of how to communicate with the energy in us and around us. As I apply my knowledge daily, I find that the healings that are performed by the High Power through me are getting better almost on a daily basis and I manifest the desired things and situations in my life faster than I have ever experienced before. I find that those perfect situations are not isolated events, but they are rather a stream of perfect circumstances that now fill my life, making it literally magical.

But how do we get that right mind set? It always seems that no matter what we do and what we know, we always come back to that question.

 Through the next blogs I will give you some tips on how to go about getting the right mind set.
The first thing is to become calm.
