New Year 2010 resolution

It is the time of year when we make New Year’s resolutions. We plan what it is that we want to accomplish this year and more or less we follow our plans. More or less… Very often it is the less, not because we do not really want those great things, but because we encounter situations that we call “out of our control” that mess things up for us. There are so many things in our lives that we place that label on – “Out of our control”. That label comes from our conditioning, and until we realize that really nothing is out of our control we will continue to blame everything on it. I wanted to stress here that it is our conditioning that has been embedded into us from the time we were born by our parents, families, friends etc. as it was embedded into those people by their parents and their families and friends. We are passing that conditioning from generation to generation as we do not really realize how powerful we are.

 This coming Year 2010, you need to stand strong and realize that nothing is “out of your control”. You are the one that creates everything in your life and no one pulls your strings. You are the one that holds all your strings in your hands. It might seem to you impossible to believe that at this moment. I thought the same, when I had an incurable disease of my nervous system, but when I realized that I was the one that had total control over my life and I used that power to create, I cured the disease. I did not let the label “out of my control” destroy my life. I turned it all around and I created life full of magic.

 This Year 2010, I want you to realize that you are the one’s that creates your life! I want you to know and feel that you are holding all the strings to your life and you can pull them to create your own magic!

Why the things you want in your life, that you think about are not happening?

Let me explain something very important. On the physical platform, in our physical world we can push things, throw things, etc. We very often use force to create things in our physical world. Force has a negative meaning on the mental platform. We cannot force things in the spiritual world. We have to let it happen. I very often use verses from the bible to explain our world. As a part of my research, I read the bible and I was amazed that everything I teach is there. The six thousand years of knowledge is in the bible. If you believe in God you will understand what I mean, but if you do not, just treat the bible as a book with lots of wisdom and incredible guidance. Whether you realize it or not, the bible talks about the power of our thought and that has everything to do with quantum physics. Amazing? You, bet! The thing is that we do not see the golden nuggets that are throughout the book. Very often we think that it is just a religious book, good for religious people. This is what I was thinking. How wrong I was! This book is a manual for everyone, no matter who you are, and where you are in life, as it tells you how to empower yourself, how to create a life full of magic. We just need to find the golden nuggets and follow their ancient wisdom. When we open our eyes, we can see the recipe for perfect life that is given to us on a silver platter, and all we need to do is to follow it.
Let’s go back to the very important issue of force. As I mentioned, we can use force on a physical platform, but on the mental platform we cannot force anything, we have to let it happen. That golden nugget is in the bible. When God created the world, he did not force the light to appear. He said, “Let it be light”. When I put the water in the freezer over night, and I think about if it is going to stay liquid, I try to force it to happen and do you know what happens then? Of course, it freezes. But when I put it in the freezer and I know that it will stay liquid, in other words, I let it happen, it stays liquid.

Letting it happen is the key to manifesting everything that you want in your life. When people think about something that they want and then, they worry, doubt or fear that it might not happen, they are forcing the issue and of course, they will manifest in their lives exactly what they doubt, worry or fear. But, when you think about something that you want, and then you have the feeling of knowing that it is going to take place, you are letting it happen and the desired thing appears in your life.
Sounds easy? Yes, it does and it is easy when you have the right mind set.

The exercise with the water in the bottles is an amazing training tool to get into the right mind set.
