We go through life never realizing how important the knowledge of energy is. I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology and I was never taught about energy. I was never taught the most important fact of life that we are energy and energy vibrates, and the level of vibration of our energy is the deciding factor of what our lives look like. If someone had ever told me before, that the vibration of my energy determines how much money I am going to make, what my health I was going to be, what relationships I will have in my life, I would never believe in that. I would say, “I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology and I am telling you that energy, whatever it is, has absolutely nothing to do with your life.” How wrong that answer would be! I was an educated person, but an ignorant one. Now, I understand the power of the wisdom that lies in the appreciation of energy. I know and I realize it, and my knowledge is supported by my own experiences. The level of vibration of that magnificent energy that we are, has absolutely everything to do with what my life looks like. We can have all the knowledge in the world, but when we have a low level of vibration of our energy, we will experience things like: sickness, lack or a little amount of money, poor relationships, lack of good friends, limited spiritual life etc. Basically, we will find ourselves not very happy or when the level of vibration gets really low, people will find themselves feeling depressed.

On the other hand, when the vibration of our energy is high, you will find that the sickness you might have had disappears. Which is what happened in my case of fibromyalgia. You will find that money comes in abundance, you have relationships of your dreams, the friends around you are amazing, your spiritual life is beyond everything you thought was possible, etc. As the level of the vibration of your energy goes up, you will find yourself living a dream where everything comes to your life effortlessly just by thinking about what it is that you want.

When we are depressed, we fear things or worry, we lower the vibration of our energy. When we have low vibration of our energy we get sick, we have negative thoughts and we attract, by the law of attraction bad things to our life. When we start from loving ourselves, and respecting ourselves, we increase the level of vibration of our energy. As we have fun doing it we will find that everything in our lives starts to change. The more we love and respect ourselves, the more we love and respect others. As our vibration keeps increasing and we start to discover and understand things in a new way and after a while we realize that the love goes beyond people. You will appreciate in a completely new way everything that is around you. You will see everyday things in a completely different way. As you progress in your understanding you will never look at anything the same way. Your entire outlook on everything will change and you will find yourself saying thank you for the food, for the fork, for the plate, for the paper you wrote a note on. It might seem a little too much for you at this moment, but when you take the next step of “carrying love before you” you will find that you will feel the overwhelming love and gratitude for everything around you. And you might wonder what it really happening to me? Your answer will be simple. You have just reached a new, very high level of vibration of your energy and as you do, you will discover that your life becomes true magic. Everything in your life is a dream come true! And you might think when and how all that has happened? And you will pat yourself on the back, full of pride of the greatest achievement. You have learned and understood the true meaning of the brilliant wisdom and do indeed, carry the love before you. That love and wisdom is now part of you, and has created that magic in your life. You will be overwhelmed with gratitude for the wonders you have in your life and you will do everything you can to share that wisdom with as many people as you can in the world, because you want them to live the fairy tale as you do. 

One day, you will sit down like I have and you will wonder how brilliant in its simplicity is the wisdom of those words, “Carry love before you.” Those words put into practice created all the magic you now experience in your life, every single day.
