Competing creates competition, feeling of being separate, while cooperation creates togetherness and a feeling of belonging. To achieve anything worthwhile in life we need to cooperate. People ask me how do I freeze water?. The most important point I want to make here that I do it by cooperating. We do not do anything alone, even if it might seem that we do. I do freeze the water by cooperating with energy. That energy is the energy of a Higher Power, God, or Universe, or consciousness as quantum physics calls it. Whatever we call this energy, we are talking about the same energy that is around us, in us, and in everything that surrounds us. For us to achieve great things in life we have to learn how to appreciate this energy and how to cooperate with it.

What are the truths about us?
Our mind is more powerful than we can imagine. Someone might say, I can imagine a lot. If you can imagine a lot, it is a good start, but it is not even near to what we are capable of doing. We create with every single thought and we shape our entire life. It takes time to wrap your mind around that idea, but when you do, you will be amazing to find out how powerful you are. You will see things in your life appearing by “accident” that will amaze you! I wanted to clarify here that NOTHING happens in your life by accident. Everything is your creation. Your job, your relationship, your business, your health, etc., are creations of your extremely powerful mind. You create the good things, and the bad things in your life. If you have bad things in your life, do not to blame yourself. No matter where you are you can change it. This is not a slogan you have heard many times before. THIS IS THE TRUTH! Your power is beyond your imagination, and it does not matter how great your imagination is, it is still beyond that!
Freezing water with my mind was shown to me by my teachers, to expend my imagination, to direct me towards the true power of my mind. I am so grateful for their teachings. By freezing the water with my mind and working together with powerful energy has changed my conditioning. I broke free from my stake and my chain is gone. You too, can learn, and the most important, is to UNERSTAND how powerful you are. You can create in your life the magic you dream about. Nothing controls your life, you control everything. When you will truly understand it you will live your magic as I do. It is your right to live that magical life. You need to realize that you were born free, free to create and experience a fairy tale in your life. So break free from the chains of the conditioning and go for the life you deserve!
How do you break free from the conditioning? Opening your mind, and instead of saying I will believe it when I see it, believe it first and then you will see it. That is what I did and I froze the water with my mind by believing, actually knowing, that I can do it first.
But there is much, much more to it. (By the way I have clients who now also keep the water liquid in the freezer over night and then freeze it with their minds. Why? After they have seen my video, they have realized it is possible!) I teach about the mind set you need to have to freeze the water at my seminars.

We were conditioned like the elephants. In the country where they use elephants for work, when the little elephant is born, they take the little elephant and put a thick chain around the elephant’s leg and chain it to a big stick in the ground. The little baby pulls and pulls on the chain, but it is too small to break free. After a while the elephant learns that it cannot free itself and it stops the striving for freedom. One day, the little elephant is a big elephant, capable of pulling 10 times its body weight. At the end of the day, they put a tiny chain around the elephant’s leg, and sometimes even a rope, then they attach it to a little stick in the ground, and the biggest animal that walks the earth, will not move. It will starve to death, but it will not move.
That elephant is us. We were conditioned from a very early age how little and insignificant we are in that big world. And when we are adults, we are still chained to the stick of the “impossibility”.
The truth is that we are the unlimited, powerful beings, capable of doing anything. We were conditioned to feel little and unimportant, surrounded by the world that is after us, and we feel that everything is beyond our control. We were fed lies about ourselves, like the little elephants and as we grow we still believe in them, calling those lies “the truth”. Someone once said that when you repeat lies long enough they become the truth. What a brilliant statement!!!

I appreciate every single one of them. By sharing your thoughts you gave me a pretty good idea what it is that you want me to write about. Some of you asked me if I can post more often. I am an extremely busy person, and my commitment to you is to post an article every single weekend. I might here and there skip a weekend as I travel a lot with my business. I have just returned from Honduras, where I was on a business trip.
A few people asked me when I freeze the water with my mind with the help of my teachers, what is the purpose of it. This is a very valid question. Everything in our lives needs to have a purpose. Someone asked me if I could go to Las Vegas and do the show, freezing the water. This is not about the show. This is about the message, the power of our mind! I train my mind set this way. As I am getting better and better with the water, the connection with the energy increases and the healing that I perform with the help of my teachers is getting better. The mind set that is needed to keep the water in the freezer liquid over night changed my conditioning. Conditioning is the only thing that stands between us and performing a “miracle” whether we are talking about water, healing, or changing your life.

How we were conditioned?
From the time we were little, when we had an idea, no matter how small it was most of the time we were told by everyone that is was impossible. There is no fault, that our parents, family and friends told us that. They were conditioned in the same way. So, we grew up believing that most of the things are impossible and we are the little people in that huge world that throws at us things that are beyond our control.
