Key to Success - Part 3

September 28, 2008 on 2:08 am | In Success |

I presume here that you have read the last blog as this is a continuation of it.

As you have learned from the other blog, we pick up on emotions other people have deep inside them and others pick up on ours. Whatever you feel inside creates a ripple effect. It can create negative ripple effect or positive ripple effect. Let me explain how it works.

Imagine there are two people in a room. They are happy and having fun. Suddenly, the door opens and the person that walks in is angry, upset, frustrated. What happens to those other two people? They will stop laughing and their emotions will go down. Now, imagine the same room. There are two people in that room and they are sad, worried. The door opens and the person that comes into the room is very happy and bubbly. What happens to those people? Their emotions will go up. Both situations describe the ripple effect we have on everyone around us.

Now, imagine you are unhappy, you had a bad day. You come home and your partner or member of your family had a great day. Your emotions will bring down their emotions. If they had a bad day you will make them feel even worse. On the other hand when you are happy because you had a great day, you come home and the member of your family had a bad day. Your emotions will bring them up. If they had a great day, you will make them even happier.

That same scenario applies to your career life.

What all that means to you and your success? Read the continuation of the subject next week.

Always remember that everything that you have in your life is a reflection of what you think. You need to pay attention to what is that you think.
